The D-2100A and D-2300A are operator-less solutions utilizing four powered belts on the table tops and photo switches for their functions. These units can place up to two straps automatically. D-2100 is compatible with 5 mm and 6 mm strap, whilst the D-2300 is compatible with 9 mm (3/8”) or 12 mm (1/2”) respectively. With cycle times of only 1.2 seconds, these units can handle the most demanding throughput rates encountered. Cycle initiation is via photo switch although; the unit can be switched to manual mode for stand alone offline applications. Standard table height at 800mm (31.5”). Internally mounted coil minimizes floor space. Easy automatic strap feeding, loop kick outs and automatic strap discharge are just a few of the features which make these units very user friendly. Heat seal strapping capabilities offer maximum seal efficiency.
